Taylor-Swift
Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country music singer-songwriter whose tales of heartbreak in the early years achieved wide success in the early 21st century. Swift developed an interest for music as a child and soon progressed from performing in children's shows to making her debut in public. As Swift sang The Star-Spangled Banner in front of an Philadelphia 76ers match at the age of 11 she had already begun creating songs. In the following year, she took up guitar. Swift became inspired to create her own music by artists from the country genre, such as Shania Twain or the Dixie Chicks. At the age of 13, Swift's parents decided to sell their property in Pennsylvania and moved into Hendersonville Tennessee so she could dedicate more time in courting the country music labels within the vicinity of Nashville.
